Drinks vegetarian recipes (spice ginger tea)

Ginger has been known since ancient times. Mainly as a spice in Asian cuisine as well as body warmers in the cold. In the area of Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia, ginger is used as a "Wedang Jahe" to warm the body in the night to come. In addition to the flavor and body warmers, in the days of ancient China, ginger is believed to overcome minor ailments such as, nausea, stomach pain, rheumatism, coughs, colds and various other ailments. There are many benefits ofginger is for humans to health and so forth. You obviously already know how to choose a drink of ginger as a vegetarian.

A. Materials
1. 350 grams of water
2. 2 cloves
3. ¼ grains of nutmeg
4. 2 cm ginger mashed to a thin
5. 50 grams of pineapple, cut into small pieces

B. How to Make
Boil all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Lift and let it warm, then strain and enjoy your ginger herb tea.
