b. How to Make:
1) Mix the green beans and nuts tolo. Soak overnight until fluffy and soft. Puree in a blender or pulverized. Mix with ginger, green chilies, cumin, salt, cashew nuts, celery, and eggs. Stir well.
2) form a flat square. Fry until submerged in cooking oil over medium heat. Once browned, remove and drain.
3) Serve warm with sauce.
