Peas Corn Soup

Corn is not only can be used as snacks, corn can also be used as the main ingredient soup. A slightly sweet taste to give a sense of its own, what else elasticity of corn was also felt that enjoy the 'pea soup corn' was complete, even less tasty than other soups.

a. Ingredients:
1) 500 g of crushed sweet corn.
2) 500 ml of water.
3) 2 tablespoons cooking oil, for sauteing.
4) 3 tablespoons garlic, minced, chopped.
5) 50 g onion, halved and thinly sliced crosswise.
6) 50 g divided 2-4 carrots, cut into 1 cm.
7) 50 g of frozen peas.
8) 250 ml plain soy milk.
9) 1 teaspoon salt.
10) 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
11) 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 3 tablespoons of water. 

How to Make:
1) Take 150 g of corn. 350 g of corn and process water in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
2) Heat oil over medium heat, saute the garlic until fragrant. Enter the onion, saute until wilted. Enter a blender corn, crushed corn, carrots, and peas. Boil until half-cooked carrots.
3) Add the soy milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until boiling again, put cornstarch solution. Cook until thickened, remove from heat.
