Coconut Rolls

Coconut rolls are a menu mix of salty and sweet is made from various materials that are rich in nutrients and contain a variety of content that is useful in human organs. As salt as a flavoring, sweetening and raisins as a supplement to wheat flour and eggs as the roll, and many other materials. Of all the materials will be able togenerate a sense of a very complete and nice to serve additional meals daily, especially the vegetarians. The materials presented is for our body needs, such as salt. Salt which we use as a flavoring contains iodine, which serves to educate the brain, as well as eggs that contain choline. Choline brain not only educate but also to minimize the risk of breast cancer.

1. 100 grams of wheat flour
2. 25 grams of rolled oats
3. 1/16 teaspoon salt
4. 1 egg, beaten
5. 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water
6. 350 ml of soy milk
7. cooking oil as a spread
8. 100 grams of coconut and a half old, peel, and then shaved with a cheese grater
9. 50 grams of raisins
10. 50 grams of apricot, cut into small dice

How to make:
- Mix flour, salt, oats, soy milk and eggs. Stir with a wire with a flat stirrer. Put the mixture in the bowl of a blender, process until smooth.
- Take some dough, season brown solution. Stir well. Heat a 14 cm diameter pan, basting with cooking oil. Drop chocolate batter randomly over the pan, pour the white batter. Make a thin omelet to cook, then roll.
- Serve the rolls with a sprinkling of coconut, raisins and apricots.
