Variety of Snacks (Purple Yam Cake)

Purple yam cake is one of the snacks are good and healthy for us. In addition, this cake is able to maintain the stability of human organs. This cake made from purple yam and some other complementary materials. We know the roots of food high in carbohydrates are very low in calories, but it also, in which there are several levels of vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, and folic acid can reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. For completeness, we include soya milk which is rich in nutrients. There have been many in stores and advertisements that use soy milk instead of milk or meat as a meal replacement because the protein content in soybeans nearly equal to the protein in meat. Soybeans also contain calcium, phosphorus, provitamin A and various other content.

Ingredients:
1. ¼ pounds of purple yam, peeled and cut into approximately ¼ inch cubes
2. 40 grams of wheat flour
3. ½ teaspoon salt
4. ¼ grams of raisins / meses
5. 4 teaspoons olive oil
6. 50 almonds
7. 50 ml of plain soy milk

Additional coating:
1. 1 tablespoon cornflour
2. 40 grams of wheat flour
3. 250 plain soy milk
4. 1 tablespoon olive oil
5. 1 tablespoon salt
6. ¼ teaspoon sugar

How to make:

4. prepare a small bowl with a diameter of 2 inch, basting with cooking oil. Pour the flour mixture until 2/3 full. Steamed until the dough hardens, it takes about 5-7 minutes. Pour the batter extra coating on it until almost full, sprinkle with almonds. Continue cooking until steaming again, takes about 12-15 minutes.
