Pepper tofu croquette

Pepper tofu croquette is a kind of food for vegetarian recipes that combine east with west. We certainly recognize the manufacture idea, that of soybean. Soy is a multi-functional food ingredients which are very high nutrient content. On the other contained pepper vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B6 and folic acid. In the croquet tofu peppers are also a function of red onions lower blood sugar levels and prevent damage to the liver.

a. 500 gram tofu
b. 1 leek, thinly sliced
c. 2 eggs
d. ½ teaspoon salt
e. ½ teaspoon ground pepper
f. cooking oil

a. 3 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing
b. 1 clove garlic, minced
c. 50 grams onions, chopped
d. 5 red chilies, remove the contents, thinly sliced
e. 100 grams of carrots, thinly shaped dice
f. 100 grams of peas
g. ½ teaspoon salt
h. 1 tablespoon soft brown sugar
i. 75 ml of water
j. 50 grams of peeled shrimp, roughly chopped

Pickled peppers:
a. 100 grams of a yellow bell pepper, seeded, cut into dice-shaped
b. 100 grams of red pepper, seeded, cut into dice-shaped
c. 100 grams of green pepper, seeded, cut into dice-shaped
d. 75 gr onion cut into dice-shaped
e. ½ tablespoon celery, chopped
f. ¼ teaspoon salt
g. ½ teaspoon sugar
h. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
i. 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to make:
- Filling: heat the cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Enter the onion and red pepper, saute until wilted. Add the carrots and peas, add salt, brown sugar and water. cook over low heat until carrot is tender and sauce looks rough (± 5 minutes). Enter the shrimp, stirring until the red color, then lift
- Mixed out with green onions, egg, salt, pepper, a small lump, give the contents of which we have made, form rounded oval. Fry in hot oil until completely submerged. Once browned, remove and drain. Serve warm with pickled peppers
